Staff & Training Support

Staff can cover daily care, adult-horse training and riding feedback. In the published examples, Fiete handles feeding, grooming and mucking out for up to nine horses at 90 currency per day; Meilin’s panel offers adult training with capacity eight. Maria is described separately as a source of training feedback. These are documented examples, not a complete current hiring roster.

What can staff help with?

Daily care: Fiete

The published care example explicitly describes feeding, grooming and mucking out for up to nine horses, paid 90 currency per day. The launch trailer shows the same capacity and daily wage, plus a Train button priced at 600. That purchase is not a recurring wage, and the resulting capacity or skill change is not demonstrated.

Adult training: Meilin

The May Staff Overhaul screenshot selects Meilin and lists Train adults, capacity 8 and Pay 200. The panel does not state the pay interval. Its Train button shows 2500; no before-and-after upgrade result is provided. Keep those two prices separate, and do not assume Meilin and Fiete use identical wage units.

Riding feedback: Maria

The August developer update describes Maria as a retired competition rider who gives feedback on what to change in training. Her name also appears in the launch-trailer staff selector, but that does not reveal her pay or capacity. Treat coaching feedback and automated adult training as different roles unless your current game says otherwise.

Assign horses, then check the schedule

The pictured staff book offers group assignments and an individual-horse option. Set the relevant group or horses, select a priority such as skill or age, and inspect Scheduled horses against the displayed capacity. The launch-trailer example also shows ownership priorities. These are interface observations from published builds; wording may differ in your release.

Separate wages from staff training

Record the wage and its billing period as an operating cost. Record a Train-button purchase separately; its displayed price does not tell you the resulting capacity or skill increase. For Meilin, confirm the pay interval in your current game, then convert wages to the month total used in the calculator.

What is not established

These are named examples, not a complete current hiring roster. Applicant availability, hiring prerequisites, all salary levels and the effect of each Train upgrade remain unknown. Record the wording and version of the offer in your game before planning costs.
