What do building upgrades unlock?
Check space and cash separately
In the Stage 2 example, all eight spaces are occupied and the next upgrade quote is 10,000. Check occupied capacity, purchase cost and ongoing cost as separate items. The trailer’s Running Cost 30 has no visible billing interval, so it cannot be treated as a daily figure.

A larger stable is not the only space option
The May development update described a fully upgraded stable with 20 horse spaces and a separate yearling paddock for 13 yearlings, while warning that the numbers could change. It also described paid boarding with the breeder in town for additional horses. Treat that as a documented planning option and confirm present capacity and boarding terms in your game.

Plan trail access independently
The Beach Trails description asks for 30% Prestige and a restoration fee. Reaching the prestige threshold therefore does not establish the total cash needed. The source does not provide a readable fee, so keep that amount unfilled until you have a current quote.

Keep an upgrade record
Before buying, record the current stage, occupied spaces, quoted purchase price and displayed running cost with its unit. After buying, record the actual new capacity and completion date. In the profit calculator, enter the purchase once as a building expense; enter ongoing costs only after confirming their billing interval. This is a suggested budgeting method, not an optimized purchase order.

Unknown upgrade details
The sources do not provide a complete stage-by-stage price table, next-stage capacity, construction times or all prerequisites. The 10,000 quote belongs to the shown Stage 2 configuration; it must not be treated as the price of every upgrade. The beach restoration amount also remains unknown.
