Cross Country

Developer notes describe shorter paths with harder obstacles and longer paths with easier jumps. Choose with the horse’s remaining strength in mind; the shortest path is not automatically the best.

Should I choose the shorter or easier route?

Prepare strength and endurance

The announced discipline is a late-game challenge for high-strength, high-endurance horses. Exact entry thresholds are not verified here.

Log each route choice

Record the branch taken, remaining strength and result. Change one choice at a time if you want your notes to help compare alternatives.

Get in-game feedback

Developer notes introduce Maria, a retired competition rider who gives training feedback when hired. Current hiring price and unlock conditions remain UNKNOWN.

Competition Guides

The game includes show jumping, cross country and Caprilli tests. Compare the task before choosing a training goal; no universal scoring formula is assumed.

Show Jumping

Record the course, horse stats and actual result. The official game description confirms show-jumping competitions and prize money, but not a fixed scoring formula.

Caprilli Tests

Caprilli combines accurate gait changes with low jumping obstacles. Watch the requested gait as well as the jump: the developer introduced this discipline as an earlier competition option after reducing starter-horse stats. Published screenshots show gait signs, a round counter and a timer; they do not establish the scoring formula.
