Horse Traits

The published Library distinguishes feeding traits from confidence quirks. Easy Keeper and Hard Keeper change feeding needs and are marked inheritable in the pictured build; Snacky and Cuddly improve confidence gains from different interactions and are not marked inheritable. Six names are documented below, with four readable effects.

What do personality traits change?

Choose the action that matches the trait

For Easy Keeper or Hard Keeper, compare feeding with the horse’s body condition rather than applying one ration to every horse. Snacky points toward snacks for confidence; Cuddly points toward scratching an itchy spot. These are practical interpretations of the pictured effects, not measured feed amounts or guaranteed confidence gains.

How traits become known

The pictured Library says interaction and relevant situations can reveal traits; breeding-related traits may appear when a foal is bred. A missing trait entry is not proof that the horse has no trait. No fixed discovery timer is supplied.

Testable is different from inheritable

The developer screenshot displays separate flags. Easy Keeper and Hard Keeper show Yes for both. Snacky and Cuddly show No for both. A confidence-related quirk is therefore not automatically an inherited breeding target. These flags describe the pictured pre-release build, not a newly tested release build. Testable is a separate label: the source does not establish where to test, its price or an exact testing procedure.
